Our Intermediate Jiu-Jitsu Classes are designed for those who have completed the Beginners Course or have prior grappling experience.*
Each class is structured into two parts: the first focuses on technique—both standing and ground—while the second is dedicated to live training and application. The program is carefully planned by the coach.
