KIDS JIU JITSU
CLASSES (8 - 13 YO)

The yearly program is cut in two semesters of twelve weeks each.

The youngsters classes are on Mondays at 14:20 & Thursdays at 14:40. Viðar is responsible of the classes and Valentin supervises it.

The kids classes are composed of games, fundamental body movements, a technical part, and opposition.

The focus of the program is put over self defense as well as the sports aspect of jiu jitsu.
