YOUNGSTERS CLASSES (8 TO 13 YO)

The yearly program is cut in two semesters of twelve weeks each.

The youngsters classes are on Tuesdays & Thursdays at 16:00. Birgir is responsible of the classes and Valentin supervises it.

​​

The youngesters classes are composed of games, fundamental body movements, a technical part (both standing and on the ground), and rolling (opposition). 

​

The focus of the program is put over self defense as well as the sports aspect of jiu jitsu.
